Filey Fields Court, Filey North Yorkshire

Humphrey M&E Consultants were pleased to work with Housing 21, Tolent and SPA Architects on this prestigious scheme in Filey.

Filey Fields Court is a two storey new build development featuring 70 one and two-bedroom apartments with supporting facilities such as a commercial kitchen, dining, resident’s lounge, laundry, assisted bathing facility and a hairdressing salon.

We produced performance package of information to RIBA Stage 3 on the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) in accordance with Housing 21 requirements.

Apartments were served by dedicated natural gas-fired combination boilers feeding LST radiators. Landlord’s areas were predominantly heated using air source heat pump systems with selected corridors being heating using electric panel heaters. A combined potable and sprinkler tank was employed for space-saving.

Watergate Court, Consett Road, Gateshead

Humphrey M&E Consultants were privileged to work with Galliford Try and SPA Architects on this prestigious scheme in Gateshead.

Watergate Court is a 4 storey new build development featuring 82 apartments located over three floors. There are 47 one bedroomed apartments, 20 two bedroomed apartments and 15 one bedroomed apartments with are specifically for residents with dementia.

We produced a comprehensive package of information on the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Sprinkler Services including full construction and builder’s work detailing.

The M&E Contractors were Kirklands and McNally & Thompson respectively.

Fry Court, Great Ayton North Yorkshire

Humphrey M&E Consultants were privileged to work with Tolent Construction, Elliott Associates and SPA Architects on this prestigious scheme.

Fry Court was a 2-storey development by Housing 21 within attractive parkland featuring 57 apartments available for either rent or shared ownership. The building also includes a café/bistro, guest suite and hair salon.

We produced a comprehensive package of information on the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Sprinkler Services including full construction and builder’s work detailing.

The M&E Contractors were Malone and ME Electrics respectively.
