The owners of the business have always been open-minded in determining the best strategy for growth.
When the Management Board found themselves at a crossroads in 2023, employee ownership was one of the options on the table. After careful consideration, the move to an Employee-Owned Trust was decided as the right path as it secured the future of the business, encouraged employee engagement, and offered the potential to reward all employees for their hard work.
