Our client is a family owned company that has been involved in providing care for almost fifty years.

Humphrey M&E Consultants were engaged to restructure the site-wide services infrastructure to meet the client’s first class facilities providing specialist mental health care to a diverse client group.

Humphrey M&E Consultants have been involved in the design of five leading edge facilities, 3 of which are currently being constructed on site.

Further buildings are being planned nationwide to meet the ever changing demands of this complex market place.

Site-wide design included new electrical distribution with back-up diesel generator, road and car park lighting and water mains distribution.

Further building services design included air source heat pump heating and hot water generation, heat recovery ventilation systems, specialist health care wash room systems, electrical distribution, closely controlled lighting, Sky TV and data distribution, access control, fire alarm and staff safety systems.

The majority of the developments needed to meet the requirements of a BREEAM Very Good Assessment.
