Humphrey M&E Consultants are an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Engineering practice based in the North East of England. We have provided quality M&E design and technical advice to institutional and commercial clients throughout the UK for over 30 years.

Our past experience is testament to our working ethos as a great deal of our work comes from repeat business – a practical recognition of our commitment to our client’s needs.

We work on projects nationwide from small refurbishments through to multi-million new build developments in the commercial, residential, historical, industrial, educational, defence and healthcare sectors.

YOUR PROJECT, OUR REPUTATION

All new buildings and many refurbishments require the carbon emissions to be calculated for Building Control approval. Humphrey M&E Consultants are accredited low carbon consultants and energy assessors and we are therefore able to guide clients through the complex requirements, be it driven by Building Regulation compliance, a planning condition, or achieving credits for BREEAM or Code for Sustainable Home accreditation.

We can provide Dynamic Thermal Simulation Modelling during the early stages of the design process which enables clients to progress confidently with cost analysis having comfort in the knowledge that the building will perform as designed. Furthermore, as the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) increases and widens in application throughout the industry, we at Humphrey M&E Consultants are actively investing in the tools & training associated with BIM to ensure we are at the forefront of modern trends in project delivery.
